A Scenario That Is Too Common
A person — call him John — gets on the phone with a law firm to discuss a family law issue, a divorce, with a lawyer. After a brief conversation, John is told to come in to talk about the matter in person. A few days later, John is in a stuffy office, talking to a different person than he spoke with on the phone.
